I'm not sure if I've ever read Shadows on the Rock, but it sounds familiar. I'll have to look it up! Thanks so much for visiting and leaving a comment.Les in Oregonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15053880852764886416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22415234.post-56525193352449660842017-12-05T20:14:41.407-08:002017-12-05T20:14:41.407-08:00Janet, I remember both that you love Cather and th...Janet, I remember both that you love Cather and that I sent you some NE postcards. I was probably in the 6th grade. I loved it and it has remained by favorite Cather novel, maybe for fond memories of my childhood. I've read several Cather novels since and bios of her. A few months ago I visited Old Quebec. I wanted to see the place Cather wrote about in "Shadows on the Rock." She did for Quebec what she did for New Mexico.lucyskyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00220079552067476079noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22415234.post-5200721113426957222017-12-03T15:25:53.594-08:002017-12-03T15:25:53.594-08:00You know I love Cather.
