I highly recommend Crooked Letter, Crooked Letter and Faithful Place. The Lippman book was only ok, but I know others loved it, so...<br /><br />Susan - Faithful Place is by far Tana French's best work yet. And I loved her first two books, so you can see why it was nominated for Best Novel. I alway...I haven't read any of these yet, sigh. I always seem to be behind on book award nominees. I really want to read The Faithful Place, and I have an earlier one of Laura Lippman to read. I'm glad to see Steve Hamilton on the list, who I've read some of his earlier books. It's so good to have so many authors to catch up on, but deciding what to read gets to be a challenge, doesn't it?
