I've been in one, on and off over the years, but it's been awhile. Might be time to look into joining one again. Maybe. :) Leshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08345657431432380804noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22415234.post-5114907137201480572013-01-26T21:39:38.638-08:002013-01-26T21:39:38.638-08:00I liked this a lot, but I did feel like sometimes ...I liked this a lot, but I did feel like sometimes Skloot wasn't sure which story she wanted to focus on, the science story or the personal story. I understand Deborah's quest to want to know more about her mother and her sister. I understand all the unanswered questions about a person you've lost. I wanted to know more about Henrietta just like Deborah.

I actually chose this book for my book club which we will discuss at the end of the month. Thus far, the others members have enjoyed it as well.

BTW - Trish, I LOVED 11/22/63!!
Lorihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09512504177659003307noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22415234.post-44297312742439844172013-01-14T11:35:54.795-08:002013-01-14T11:35:54.795-08:00Hmmm...have you done 11/22/63? First of all, I thought the author all but harassed the family to get them to speak to her. I also thought the author injected herself in the story too much.bermudaonionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10726401178972099557noreply@blogger.com
