Very very pretty flowers Lesley ; Happy belated birthday. I was so mad when my husband signed me up under his AARP card when I turned 50.(BTW: my birthday was yesterday).
Kay - Isn't it gorgeous?! I love the contrast between the purple and yellow. Yep. Amy's got great taste. :)
Nan - Wasn't that sweet of her?! And, yes. You did send those bulbs. Unfortunately, the damned squirrels must've dug them up because they never came up! :(

Shoreacres - That's exactly what I've always thought! They are the most elegant flowers I know of. Sorry you had a foggy, gray day. We've had glorious sunshine these past few days. I wish I could bottle it up for mid-February...

JoAnn - They not only made my day, but they put a lot of smiles on the customers' faces when they walked in the store. :) And now they are gracing my desk where I can admire them throughout the day.
