Gorgeous view! My one regret when we moved 3 years or so ago is that we are not as close to the ocean anymore. I can still get there, but not as easily. I miss seeing it!
Thank you all for your kind words. These photos were taken at a favorite restaurant in Depoe Bay called Tidal Raves. We arrived just as the sun was beginning to set and I was lucky to get well over a dozen frames before our table was ready. After we were seated, I went back outside to get the final shots. We had a table by the window and the view was breathtaking. Kelly, we moved from San Diego to Nebraska in 1992. I've missed the ocean ever since. Now I'm counting the days until we move to Oregon so I can see it every day! Diane, I used my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone!
I never would either. It's magnificent.

ReplyDeleteIt almost looks like land, not water. A water prairie.
ReplyDeleteI can see why - it's gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteYou won't! It's super beautiful indeed...
ReplyDeleteThe pictures fit your quote by Emerson, and our feelings for nature, so perfectly. What a restoration for one's soul!
