Staci, Pam & Erin - They are fantastic. Please note one correction on the recipe. The blueberries are added BEFORE the flip, not after. :)Thanks for stopping by Erin. Do you have a blog?
You won't believe it - it is Thursday morning and I had decided to make pancakes for supper tonight, before I turned on the computer. :<) Yours look delish!
One word: YUM!
Nan - Of course I believe it! :)Andi - Yep.
These look amazing! I'm definitely going to try them. I'm thinking you could do the soaking in the morning and have breakfast for dinner.
My mom made oatmeal pancakes all my life, being a great fan of fiber :), and these take me right back to my childhood. Personally, I prefer buttermilk pancakes, but nothing made my your hand would taste anything but delicious, Lesley.
Tara - They are, although my husband still prefers his plain-old buttermilk pancakes. We're workin' on the whole healthy thing. ;) And, yes. Definitely something you could make for dinner!Bellezza - You and Rod! I don't know why I like these better than buttermilk pancakes. Maybe they just feel a bit more substantial. And they still have the buttermilk flavor. :)SuziQ - Definitely!
