Faithful Place
I promised Kate, the Viking/Penguin publicist handling Tana French's new book, Faithful Place, that I would wait to post my review until closer to its release date (July 13th). So, you'll have to be patient and wait. But I think I can get away with saying this is another winner by French! I might even be allowed to say it's my favorite of the three. (And if you recall, I gave In the Woods a 4.75/5 rating and The Likeness a 5/5 rating.)
If I were you, I'd reserve this exciting mystery today! You can pre-order your copy here.
Thanks again, Kate, for sending me the ARC! I'm already missing Frank.

Hmmm...I think I better drag out The Likeness and begin again with it. Then I'll be ready for this one. Thanks for telling us, without telling us. :-)
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for this one, Les! Your excitement is contagious!

Kay - Believe me, I wanted to say more! I'd better write my review this week and save it for June, otherwise I'm bound to forget what I want to say.
ReplyDeleteJen - I'll bring it to work on Monday. I can't wait to hear what you think!
Like Kay I need to get to the first 2 books now!!!
ReplyDeleteI have never met a Tana French book that I didn't love! How am I supposed to wait till July!
ReplyDeleteYou've made me really excited about this one now!
ReplyDeleteStaci - Oh, they are so wonderful! I almost want to go back and read The Likeness again, since the main character from Faithful Place makes a minor appearance in The Likeness.
ReplyDeletePam - Aren't they great?! July will be here before you know it.
Kathy - It was so good! I need to write my draft review before I start to forget the details. My memory is terrible anymore.
It's so hard to love a book you've read so far in advance, isn't it?!
ReplyDeleteYeah! So glad to hear this one is good, I am so looking forward to it.
ReplyDeleteLisa - I'm working on my review right now so I don't forget anything!
ReplyDeleteTara - I sure hope she's working on another in this series!
Oh I'm so jealous! I loved her two books and can't wait for this one. So we can't bribe you to tell us more? How about some virtual cupcakes or something! haha...
ReplyDeleteI cannot to get my copy -- it seems like I pre-ordered it a very long time ago.
ReplyDeleteIliana - Well, let's see. It's set in Dublin. It's about a family. Ummm... nope. That's all for now. :)
ReplyDeleteKatya - Mine was an ARC. The book doesn't release until July 13th. Were you trying to get an ARC?
Les: No -- I just pre-ordered it through amazon, but it seems like I did that a million years ago! I'm not a very patient person when I'm waiting to read something I really want to read.
ReplyDeleteKatya - Well, it'll be July before you know it!
ReplyDeleteOh Oh, I can't wait to start reading this one - as you know, I'm already LOVING THe Likeness!
ReplyDeleteStephanie - You're gonna love this one! I'm still thinking about it. It's one I'll want to listen to on audio later in the year. FANTASTIC book!
