A Month in Summary - March '10

March proved to be another good month of reading. Of course, one of the books (which I'm counting twice since I read and re-read it in March) is easily read in an hour. The Pilcher book and Rosenblatt's memoir are also quick reads. We're just halfway into April and I've already read two excellent books. I can't wait to tell you all about them! But back to my March reads...

Skeletons at the Feast by Chris Bohjalain (3.5/5)

The Empty House by Rosamunde Pilcher (3.5/5)

Lift by Kelly Corrigan (5/5) (Read twice)

Making Toast by Roger Rosenblatt (3/5)

Every Last Cuckoo by Kate Maloy (4/5)

Maisie Dobbs by Jacqueline Winspear (audio) (4/5)

Click on the titles to read my reviews.

Favorite of the month: Lift by Kelly Corrigan

  1. Yay for a great reading month!

My March was excellent for reading as I was pretty much homebound recovering from some health stuff so I read a lot. Love that. Of course I'm totally behind on book reviews now! haha...

Looking forward to reading about these excellent books you've read!

  2. I am glad you are getting some reading done! I know last year there were a few months where you felt like you were reading nothing, or what you did read was a bit discouraging!

  3. Iliana - This month isn't too shabby, either. A few duds, but so far, so good.

I'm behind on reviews (and blog-hopping!), too.

I hope you're feeling 100% now. Take care.

Kailana - Yeah, this year is proving to be a bit better. I've already read 23 books and it's not even June. I'm sure my numbers would increase if I'd just get off the computer more often. ;)
