That's one of my favorites, too, Trish. We spent about 30 minutes wandering around that particular beach and the clouds kept changing. It was actually warm, no breeze and sunny for the most part. I had a hard time believing I was actually near Seattle. ;)
I'd love to be there right now!
ReplyDeleteMe, too! :)
DeleteI feel calmer just looking at your pictures... so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIt was one of the most peaceful locations we visited that week. I've been working on my photos from that trip and wish I were still there.
DeleteLooks so peaceful!
ReplyDeleteIt was! Not a soul in sight other than the woman with her black lab. I could've spent all day there!
DeleteDid you hear my long contented sigh upon viewing your photographs? Peace, thy name is ocean. (And often woods).
ReplyDeleteI think I did hear that sigh! ;) Yep, we do love the ocean and woods, don't we?
DeleteSo deserted and peaceful...love it.
ReplyDeleteI truly do belong by the sea...
DeleteJust beautiful! I especially love the pics of the lighthouse and rocks.
ReplyDeleteWe saw a lot of lighthouses on this trip. I never tire of gazing at them and the water.
DeleteGorgeous shots!! My favorite is the one with the sky full of clouds and the driftwood on the beach (the one that almost looks grayscale).

DeleteGorgeous! What a lovely place.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Nancy. It's an incredibly beautiful part of the Kitsap Peninsula. I'm pretty sure I could live there and be quite content.
