I so, so love this - the look of love, and of peace on Rod's face. Bless him. And Shay has the look of a girl who is happy, happy to be in the company of her grandfather. Wish you all lived closer to one another.
Aw, thanks for the kind words, my dear friend. Yes, she is a very happy girl. And such a joy to be with. Even on a long road trip, we all had a great time. No whining or complaining. Shay was good, too. :)
What a fabulous reason for a break!!
ReplyDelete...and lots of ice cream. ;)
DeleteSuch a cute picture. Enjoy the bloggy break!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Iliana. We're having a great visit and enjoying lots of ice cream. :)

ReplyDeleteThanks, Lisa. The days are flying past. Wish she could be here for an entire month!

Such happy faces! It makes me smile to see them.
ReplyDeleteIt makes me smile, too, Deb. Grandchildren are wonderful.
DeleteYour husband looks like someone I've seen on television?? or at least a familiar friendly face:)
ReplyDeleteHmmm, he was once told he looked like Phil Jackson, but I don't really see it. Just a friendly face, I suppose. :)
