How did I miss so many of these on instagram? The cotton candy sky is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThe Cotton Candy Sky is one I meant to post on Instagram, but got distracted. That was the morning I took my hubby in for his back surgery.
DeleteHope your hubby is recovering well from his surgery! You've had your hands full that's for sure. Really liked this post - little snippets that say a lot. And, I'm with JoAnn that cotton candy sky is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Iliana. It's been a slow recovery for Rod, but I think he's improving with every new day. Glad you enjoyed this post. It may be the only sort of thing I share for the rest of the year! I'm not getting much of a chance to write any reviews. I have 5 or 6 to draft, but I'm not feeling inspired at the moment.
DeleteSuch a wonderful post. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteYou're more than welcome, dear friend.
DeleteI love that cotton candy sky! The other day I was driving with Elle and the sky was pink like that. I told her it looked like cotton candy and she started grabbing at the air and taking big bites out of it. :) Happy happy anniversary to you and Rod! And wow that ziti looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Trish. Cute story about Elle and the cotton candy. :)
DeleteWe've had such beautiful weather lately. I really should try to get out with my "real" camera. My phone takes decent shots, but not quite as good as the Olympus.
Yep, the ziti was great. I took the leftovers to work and heated it up in a crockpot. BIG hit!
Thanks for the anniversary wishes. Very, very low key this year, but we did take a trip to New Mexico... Maybe a nice dinner out in another week or so.
We have had some spectacular sunrises this fall!
ReplyDeleteThat we have! I'm hoping we don't get any of that snow tonight. Looks like you might have had a little bit, though.
DeleteMy favorite pic is of your husband. ;) (not like that!) I like the simple things like sitting on the front porch with your best friend. That warms my heart.
ReplyDeleteThe weather has been fairly mild and I'm hoping we can get back out on the porch this weekend.
DeleteGreat pics! I've been thinking of you, today. Just got my copy of Rod's latest!! It is gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteGlad it arrived safely. Enjoy!
