Great pictures. Did you enjoy your book?
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kay! Yes, I enjoyed the book quite well. I still have a little less than halfway to go, but I want to savor this last part since I know it will be very moving. Kalanithi had a way with words...
DeleteIt's been so warm here it's hard for me to imagine snow anywhere. It looks like Annie loved it.
ReplyDeleteOh, I wish it were warm here, Kathy. Annie loves the snow, but I'm ready for summer.
DeleteAnnie really loves that snow!
ReplyDeleteShe really does!
DeleteWOWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!! I can't believe all the snow that y'all have! Our winter has been so mild...though I know that it's never over until the end of March--our weather can change in the drop of a hat.
ReplyDeleteFunny how much Annie dog loves the snow. She is such a beauty!
This was quite a storm, Trish! The snow was very heavy and wet (and we actually had some rain mixed in before and after, which makes for some slick conditions), but it does look pretty. I'm so glad we decided (a few years ago - after Rod's back surgery) to hire someone to clear our driveway and sidewalks. This storm probably would've killed us! As it was, we had to dig my car out this morning since the plows blocked me in with their huge piles of snow when they came through our neighborhood last night (and my car was parked on the street). Grrrrr. Is it June yet?? :) And, yes. Annie does love to romp in the snow (although it was pretty crusty and deep today and she struggled a bit).
DeleteAll that snow looks beautiful but I would not be out in it. I'd be curled up on the couch with a book and coffee! And, what a cute pup!
ReplyDeleteIliana, it was beautiful, but now that it's frozen over, it's pretty rough to walk through (in the park we take Annie to for her walks), not to mention the frozen chunks left behind by the snowplows. Yesterday, I should have taken a second snow day!
DeleteI LOVE all these pictures! Glimpses of your house and neighborhood, beautiful dog, and beautiful snow!
ReplyDeleteAw, thank you, Nan! I'm like you. I love getting glimpses of my blogging friends' homes. Yours is one of my favorite to peek into. :)
