A Month in Summary - March 2016
Eight must be my lucky number! That makes three months in row that I've read that many books. I guess I'm on a roll, although I know a lot of bloggers who read twice as much in a single month. Not that I'm competitive or anything...
The Magicians by Lev Grossman (Borrowed - Audio) 4/5
City of Thieves by David Benioff (Own) 5/5
The Preacher by Camilla Lackberg (Borrowed - Audio) 2/5
The Age of Miracles by Karen Thompson Walker (Own) 4.5/5
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling (Own - Audio) 4/5
The Tenth Circle by Jodi Picoult (Own) 3.5/5
Survival Lessons by Alice Hoffman (Own) 3/5
Skating on the Sky by Claudia Walters Reinhardt (Own) 4/5

Oh, City of Thieves! How I loved that book!
ReplyDeleteLisa, wasn't it a wonderful book?! I loved the friendship between Lev and Kolya!
DeleteEight books a month is about as good as it ever gets for me... you had a great month!
ReplyDeleteJoAnn, I just squeaked in with 8. The last two were very short. :)
DeleteI am so excited that I am back to listening to audios after a bit of a dry spell. Now back to browsing for recs!
ReplyDeleteKailana, I hope to get a post up with all my favorite audio books. I love to listen for at least a couple of hours each day.
DeleteWhat a great reading month! I am thinking of The Magicians for my Once Upon a Time challenge read so I'm glad that one got a good rating! Hope April is a fabulous reading month.
ReplyDeleteIliana, I think you'll really like The Magicians. I kind of had a love-hate-love-hate feeling about it, but when I read (actually listened to) the last page, I decided it was really quite very good. I'm eager to read the next in the series, now.
DeleteLooks like a seriously great month! I wish I was reading more consistently but oh well. It'll happen eventually. I hope. lol
ReplyDeleteAndi, it was an amazing month, especially since I usually average between 4 and 5 books, not 8! Check back with me in the fall, though. That's when my reading time vanishes!
