Nature & Books belong to the eyes that see them.
And so it begins - the lovely, lovely pictures from Oregon! Yay!!!
And know that I've finally figured out how to merge my two Google accounts, I think I'm on my way to commenting, replying, and posting. Phew! What an order to get back online!
It must be easy to get used to that walk. Your new home is beautiful!
Oh, JoAnn! The walks are amazing. The most difficult part is deciding which path or beach to discover next!
This picture reminds me of everything I love in my favorite place up north: water, pine trees, sky, rocks. It sounds so mundane to put it that way, in a silly list, but I know you know what I mean. So happy for you and Rod in your new environment of splendor.
Meredith, I would love for you to come visit some day soon! You would love this little community and the wonderful views, sounds and peacefulness. Do consider it, please! Until then, I'll keep sharing photos to entice you. :)
What an amazing view!
It's quite an amazing place to live! We are so happy here!I'm planning to return to blogging (both posting and visiting). I've missed all my favorite bloggers!
SO pleased to see your post. I was thinking maybe you would give up the blog. Decided on a new name yet? So good for you walking everyday, and seeing such beauty and peace.
No new name yet, but I'm thinking about it. Might go back to Lesley's Book Nook (with something added about coastal living and travels), but we'll see. I think I'll change my header once a month (or more often!), though. Now to start posting book reviews again! :)
Coastal Horizons, or something along that line, might work. :)
Janet, I like it! Adding it to my short list. :)
I am glad you are back. Not so much of a prairie horizon any more, though.
Well, I hope I do better than posting just once a month, but life continues to be as busy now in retirement as it was when I was working!I'm leaning toward Coastal Horizons or simply going back to Lesley's Book Nook. Time will tell. :)
I may not answer your comments in a timely fashion, but I always answer. Check back soon!
