What wonderful pictures! It looks as though you are having a great time.
ReplyDeleteI love your pictures, Les, you're doing a great job of making me jealous! :)
ReplyDeleteHave fun you! :)
Mom & Bill - It's been a very restful trip. It'll be quite a shock to go back to work after all this lazy time on the water. We've had a few rainy days, but we're hopeful that today will be nicer. Such unusual weather for late July!
ReplyDeleteCarl - Hey there! Yep, all is well. The boat's still above water, so that's always a good thing. ;) It's been a fabulous trip, in spite of the fog/clouds/rain. Typical for the PNW, but not in July. Oh, well. Just to be on the water is a treat for this landlocked Nebraskan!
Heather - It's been a blast! I think it's been so good for us to get away like this after the events of the past two years. I know it's done a world of good for our mental well being. Now if only we could figure out a way to retire early and move out here. So far, my vote is for Friday Harbor. Great little town with bookstores, pubs, etc. What more could you ask for?
Mary Kate - Hey! Good to hear from you! We are having such a good time. We'll have tons of pictures to share with you when we get back. Yes, we'll come home, but only because we have to. We would so love to move out here some day.
Karen - Thank you!! We're having a grand time. Unfortunately, we head home in a couple of days. We could easily stay here forever.
Lotus - It'll be fun to look back on all my pictures and blog entries and start planning another trip. It's been great, great fun.
What a beautiful sunrise! I'm really enjoying your pictures, and I'm looking forward to some of Sidney. :)
ReplyDeleteNat - It was worth getting up so early to see! I hadn't planned on the sunrise. I was out there waiting to get more pictures of the eagles as they fished at dawn. The sunrise was a nice bonus.
ReplyDeleteI have several more posts to work on. Not to worry--I have several nice pics from Sidney and Victoria. :)
