Ha! I never got to say hello! Our temps were lower than I prefer during the summer months and I'm hoping September brings some that are at least in the 70s! It's dry here, too, but the rainy season isn't too far away. I'll bet you're feeling the Back-to-School mood. You've been retired two years now, though, right? ;)
Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jenclair. My neighbor has such interesting plants in her yard!
DeleteLovely!
ReplyDeleteI thought so too, Diane!
DeleteSo pretty, and so prickly! I've never managed to get those planted in our garden, but I do love the color!
ReplyDeleteLaurel, my friend has several growing in her beautiful garden. I love their texture!
DeleteThey are such a favorite with the pollinators. Wonderful plant. So different from the bad thistle that spreads.
ReplyDeleteNan, they are lovely, aren't they? The bumblebees love them.
DeleteAre you saying good-bye to Summer? ;) Things are terribly dry here in Illinois, and the Back-to-School feeling is roaring through my blood.

DeleteSo pretty!
ReplyDeleteIliana, the bees think so too!
DeleteVicki, it's such a lovely shade of purple. I just learned that it's a Blue Globe Thistle, which looks very similar to Allium.
