  1. Those are excellent photos. I can't imagine seeing so many in one spot. When we used to camp, at St George Island in Florida had walking trails where we'd spot an eagle or two.

    1. Thanks, Tina! There were only two in the tree, but we spotted a lot in our travels on the island. We see them here on the Oregon coast, but usually in flight, which makes it difficult to get good photos. These two were very kind to sit for this photographer. :)

  2. These are great photos! I love watching eagles and was happy to see our Sanibel eagle return after the hurricane. Did you take these with your phone or a 'real' camera?

    1. Thanks, JoAnn! I took these with my Canon EOS with a 100-400 lens. I'm very pleased with that camera!

    1. Thanks, Vicki. We had some pretty big surf a couple of weeks ago. The eagles were so great to sit and pose for me. :)

  4. Wow two bald eagles in one tree! That's sublime. Are they a couple? I hear they stay together for life. So neat to see.

    1. Susan, there wasn't a nest, so I can't say for sure if they're a couple, but it would appear so. It was really very cool to see them. If we weren't packing up and heading out that morning, I would have enjoyed watching them all day.
